Contact New Mobile Alabama Council A new Holmes Council is being formed in the Mobile Bay area. The first meeting of the group was held on June 20, 2006 at the Holcim Cement, Theodore Plant, Mobile, Alabama. This was a great initial meeting! More than half of the attendees were contractors.
